Well, I didn't figure I'd ever reach this stage, but heck, I'm cleaning up my things again. This time it's the sites that I actively visit. SheezyArt, however, is no longer one of them. I don't have a tablet, so I can't easily produce and submit my works anymore. I don't do much traditional art that I submit, mainly since they don't often get past the inking stages (eugh coloring), and the only fiction I've written in quite some time is supposed to go on a site that is currently under maintenance.
More importantly, all the folks I know who're around here have departed, spare maybe one or two. I still drop by occasionally, but heck, I only do so to check my updates and even then I don't look at what's posted anymore. The fun I had of being on an art site has departed me once again. I've formed this elitest mindset that I should only comment when there is something worth saying, which is a terrible mindset to have in a social community site, and quite frankly I can think of no better way to remove that than to remove the cause of it.
With that said, I have intent to register for DeviantArt, however that won't be for quite some time. And this journal will not be my final submission to this site. I have one last page in my sketch book that I am currently working on. Once it is finished, I'll ink it, upload it, and then sign off. This will likely be the opening to my DA page as well.
Now then, I suppose some thanks is also in order for everyone who stopped by my page at one point or another, along with the folks I met and the artists artwork I 'd. Oh yes, and the friends of mine who hopped on here before and after I did. Live and learn, yeah? And boy have I learned a lot.
I think that covered all of the stuff I was thinking of.... Let's see... the "I'm buggin' out" paragraph, the cheesy "I realize why I'm not on anymore" bit, the "I'm going to DA" part, and the "Thank you friends and acquaintances". Perfect!
Oh right, and I need to Nuke the Updates and Remove all my observations of everyone! Almost forgot about that.
